Amanda Vaden
From flipping through real estate magazines in high school to staying on top of every new listing that hits the market, my passion for real estate has been a constant in my life. After years of admiring the success of Amy and her team, I finally joined Homes By Amy + Co in November 2023, bringing with me a deep love for marketing unique properties and helping buyers envision how they can make a house their home.
As the Director of Operations, I'm most passionate about thinking outside the box to get distinctive properties sold. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing a buyer's face light up as they share what they love about a property and how they plan to make it their own. Beyond that, I've loved being part of our agents' success, helping them build strong client relationships and creating efficient processes that benefit everyone. I also take pride in fostering a strong team culture, organizing activities, and keeping our team informed with the latest industry insights.
Outside of work, I’m a proud fur mama to Harley, a playful puppy, and Mow Mow, a spirited kitten I rescued from our office. My husband, Eddie, and I share a passion for cooking, especially when it comes to smoking meats and crafting flavorful home-cooked meals. I believe life should be full of rich experiences—both in what we do and what we eat.
