Amy Guilliams
Hi, I’m Amy! Being born and raised in Martinsville/Henry County, this area holds a large portion of my heart! I was introduced to the real estate world as a little girl, going on job sites of new construction helping take measurements aside family members in the field. As I grew older, I developed a passion for decorating and improving homes that hadn’t been loved through the years. I bought my first home at twenty four, renovated it and rented it for eleven years. I learned so much through the process. My second home I renovated for three years with my two babies at home, and boy was that fun. Not! My boys are now five (Camden) and seven (Brayden). I married one of my high school best friends in September 2021, “Tiff” Guilliams, and he’s joined the real estate world also.
With a background in insurance, sales and renovations, my focus quickly shifted to a desire to go full-time with what has been in my blood since a little girl — real estate! Although I love sales, people and homes are truly my passion. I work to find creative ways to help my clients. Through the years I’ve been able to experience different angles of real estate and business. Previously building a clothing business from the ground up taught me how to structure the business side and how to position myself to help people. I have a business degree, but that can only go as far as the passion behind it. I would be honored to help you with your real estate needs!
