Hey there! I’m Cait Willard and I love working in the Real Estate industry. I grew up in Henry County and graduated from Magna Vista High School. I moved to Florida the same day I graduated high school and began working for a General Contractor. I learned a good bit about the remodeling & new build processes. (Demolition was definitely the most fun) I transitioned from working in the field to working in the office and started learning about the shopping & design side of things. My experience in both roles was just the beginning of a newfound love for Real Estate. I moved back to Virginia in 2018 and started over, trying new things & finding my way. Eventually, I decided that real estate would be a great fit for my passions! I began as a Rental Assistant and Realtor. With gained experience and overall growth, I am now a Transaction Coordinator and Realtor. I have always put kindness above all else, have a true passion for helping people and love all things real estate. I am so excited to continue helping my clients accomplish their goals with determination and genuine care. I would love to be a part of your Real Estate journey!
