Hi! My name is Tiff Guilliams. I was born and raised in Martinsville/Henry County. My mother was a teacher at Bassett High School, and my father was a Virginia state police officer, later running a local armed security company. I graduated from Bassett High School, and attended Radford University. After school, I moved to North Myrtle Beach, SC in 2008. In my time in South Carolina, I continued to grow my management career, then decided to get into real estate in South Carolina. I mean, who doesn't want to have a place at the beach right? After getting into real estate, I was approached about getting back into the construction industry. It made sense to grow my knowledge in the construction sector since real estate and construction are closely related.
After being in the North Myrtle Beach area for almost 12 years, I reconnected with an old friend Amy, that I had grown up with. Well, once we had a conversation on the phone, we really never stopped talking (LOL). Fast forward a little over a year, and now this amazing woman I grew up with, is now my wife, and we are raising to amazing boys. There was a lot of back and forth for her and I, but every time I came back home, I felt a stronger draw to the area. The small town I grew up in is growing, and there is so much opportunity for our area.
Now I have moved back to Martinsville/Henry County and have obtained my real estate license in Virginia and I just want to help people in the area that I'm honored to call HOME. I love helping people achieve their goals. It's the most rewarding feeling in my opinion. I'm looking forward to helping anyone buy or sell their home. And anyone that's entertaining the idea of moving to our area, it would be my pleasure to show you why our hometown is such an amazing place to live!
