Hey, I'm Tonya Bredamus and I'm obsessed with Real Estate. I have been since I was a kid. I loved looking at all of the homes in the monthly home buyer magazines. At the age of 18 I got my real estate license in Florida. I ended up moving to Virginia after college and then started having kids. Fast forward 24 years and I finally got back to my first love, Real Estate! I love a good house hunt and the thrill of listing a house so perfectly that it goes under contract within a day or two. I have a heart for helping people and am especially passionate about helping out of state buyers find a house and transition to my favorite place I've ever lived, Martinsville / Henry County, Virginia!
